If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
