Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. He was my doctor for my last child. He was great in office, thought I was a lucky person to find such a nice guy but when i went into labor he was absent!!!! He couldn't be bothered to come in and check on me. The nurses pretty much delivered my baby he walked in at last minute. Then he never came back to see me not once and they called him over and over to come discharge me, he never showed up so the nurses discharged me! I NEVER went back and It has been 4 yrs sense my last Gyno exam! I just dread going and wonder what kind of doctor I will get next time around! Devastating!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. They did NOT treat me as though I was just a number like the previous review states. I felt as though they cared about me and my situation. Because of Dr. Klein and his amazing staff I was able to have a happy healthy baby. A previous doctor had told me that I would never get pregnant and definately just pushed me aside. This did not happen at Dr. Kleins office!

Dr Klein has no bedside manor. I feel like a number to him. I have Never gotten into his office on time; as he is always running late.
When it comes time for the annual visit, he literally spent 4 minutes. In and out like an oil change after waiting 35 min in the waiting room, then another 45 in the exam room for him to come in.
When my friend was in labor, she had the TV on a music station to focus on that during contractions. Dr Klein walked in and changed the channel to a sports game so HE could be amused while in the room.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The best obgyn ever even though he was unable to deliver my second child he left me in more than capable hands!
