There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their secretaries/ receptionists are not helpful enough and rude. They need to learn Better customer service esp. that the wait time takes 2 hrs usually!
