dr. jacobs is a very low keys, sweet guy. he is a dr. when he needs to be but is a person most of the time. he really...and i mean really cares for each person. when your with dr. jacobs.....that time belongs to you with him. i have been with dr. jacobs for over 25 years. everybody that works there makes you feel like a friend.......first name....they know you. not one of those office that tell you to sit down. very warm...and..for all of dr. jacobs workers.........he had to have showed them from the beginning how this office should feel.....and they are all great. dr. jacob is a very warm, caring...(not fake) ...doctor. i hope he stays around for a long time

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
