I think Dr Shiau's staff is very professional especially his assistants and physician assistants. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. He is extremely busy and occasionally he will have to postpone a appointment but usually at least a week notice is given. His wait time can be long though! But I find that once I do see him I am never rushed. He is thorough and is an excellent surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive surgery. The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were very fair as he takes my insurance. They are so kind and caring, and they have stayed open past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
