My first visit was OK but I thought the Dr was a bit stiff and standoffish. I had a return visit appt a few months later but I found out without the office even calling me that he went to India and wouldn't be back for 3 mos. I made 2 appointments in Nov and Dec that I had to cancel, but I needed a refill on my prescription so I emailed my pharmacy twice but heard nothing. I called the Dr's office, who told me that because I hadn't been to the office "in a few years" (!!!) that I had to make an appointment. I was livid; nobody bothered to call me even last summer when they cancelled me! I said, I have an appt, but they said I had to see them tomorrow to get a refill. I told them I haven't the money or the transportation until next month. They didn't care, just kept putting me on hold until I said, nevermind, just call me when you have a "solution." Of course, they haven't called. Time for a new doctor.

The Dr. was very rude, dismissive, unhelpful and actually insulting. He just walked out of the appointment at the end without saying anything, we had to ask if it was over. No examination was done at all. Refused to offer any help or suggestions beyond taking Ibuprofen. I have never experienced a Dr. so rude and unwilling to offer assistance to a patient in my life! I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. My Dr. had left practice and when I made my appointment I was promised to be given the same prescriptions from my last Dr., when I got there he reufsed and I became horribly sick from going off of my medications. I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
