They don't mind answering my questions. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over 3 hours for them to show up. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. He over books his patients--6 people per appointment slot! Most of the time when he's actually in the examining room with us he's dictating to his little recorder and says things that didn't actually happen during the appointment. For example saying we discussed something when we in fact did not.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely, they were an expert!
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
