They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They were somewhat friendly. I was comfortable there. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was basically told that due to test results I was fine even though I was losing a lot of weight and in constant pain. He also seemed annoyed with my questions and frequent visits.
