Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
