We had a very good experience with Dr. Fleig. He was our family doctor from the time our baby was born, until we moved out of state when she was almost 3 (in 2011). Dr. Fleig was always very attentive and present, as well as respectful of our health-related decisions. We've missed him very much since we moved out of Rochester, and have yet to find a health care provider that we feel so comfortable with.

I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.

Dr. Fleig seemed very nice....but his front office staff are rude and abusive.
when I asked to have the Doctor call me about this treatment, they went to him and told him it was me. Dr. Fleig never had the common courtesy to call me. I quickly changed doctors, in todays medical field this treatment is not to be tolorated!
