Although I do spend time in the waiting room, they are usually ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are very good at what they do. I never worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The only con for this office is that sometimes staff is so efficient that there is little connection between our family and the staff. Sometimes I feel a little judged, not every parent raises children exactly the same way, and not every family has the same advantages that this staff may or may not have!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
