Dr. Grill was thorough, attentive to my needs and concerns, and considerate of everything I had to say during my visit. He was also very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. A pleasant experience overall. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Michael Grill is egotistical and someone I wouldn't recommend. He only cares about what he thinks regardless what your body is telling you. The front window and desk office staff is rude. The office waiting area is not clean and there is a substantial waiting time. He will tell you to continue to take medication even if you have symptoms that tell you to stop. I would not suggest using. Dr. Michael Grill @ Village Medical in Pawling, NY. Your better to deal with Mt Kisco Medical Group!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

The office is severely overbooked, leaving me with a wait time over an hour 3 times in the past year. The staff is also rather rude and very, very slow to return phone calls (it is basically impossible to get through to a nurse to ask a question, and the doctors don't call back for hours or days later). I don't trust them and plan to find another doctor, they have very actual MD's in practice.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit.
