I was pretty surprised with the service of this office kept on billing/calling even after providing proof of payment. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. This doctor is only about money he is well overpriced never explained anything when asked at visit he says will speak to you on the phone after I have your blood results, even when I bring my own doesn't want to look on it, needs his own even doe he made the same tests never ever returns calls, on vocation every second week, has no problem talking on his blackberry will examine. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I've been a patient of Dr Mechanick for nearly a decade and while he can be abrupt, he's always been friendly, informative, and most importantly, patient. He answers my questions about thyroid cancer honestly which is really important when recurrence might not necessitate action. Dr. Mechanick has great connections and a fantastic staff who have seriously been there the 10 years I've been a patient. Vivianna recognizes my voice over the phone and has squeezed me in too many times when I call past minute. True Mechanick can be standoffish at times, maybe my experiences differ from those of others because I first saw him at 21, a younger age than most of his patients ages. He does try to remember stuff about me and I appreciate the effort. While I doubt he loses any sleep over my health I do believe he cares. I was mostly prompted to write this review because last time I went I was nervous about payment-my bill was more than rent, which I had just paid that morning-and he said "PTC, money will never be an issue here. Dont even worry about it." After paying thousands over the years he knows I'm good for it, but still, that really meant a lot to me. He's a good doctor worth giving a chance.
