They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.
