Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
