I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. My son has been there before and i was pleased with it, but when i called to inquire about treating a surgical scar, the staff person who answered the phone seem to not be interested in helping, in fact, she continued a conversation with someone else while i was trying to explain to her details regarding the scar, her final say was they don't remove scars, despite the fact that i didn't ask for the scar to be removed, instead i stated to have it treated and as you can read in their services it states that it does....very disappointed!!

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
