Dr. Lozner is an able, interested, very responsive (if a bit brusque), cardiologist, who has given excellent help to my spouse and my father; he was recommended by a doctor in the Washington area and we are happy with him. His staff is helpful and they are responsive, as is Doctor Lozner, who does not hesitate to call you directly if you call and request it - and if you really need to get in there they don't (so far, anyway) make you wait for months, which can be a killer -- literally. He doesn't over-prescribe but his prescription choices are thoughtful and have been excellent for my spouse.
