They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
