Dr. Pickett is absolutely the worst doctor with the worst support staff I've ever come across. I've had extreme back pain (verified by MRIs and xrays) and she is virtually nonresponsive. I went to her office for initial exam after 3 months of trying to get an appointment (even though she is (was) my primary care dr.) She did not do an exam, only prescribed pain pills and offered an ortho referral and xrays which came 6 weeks after this appointment (PRIOR to covid). Her office says they send results to me but have not. Do NOT use Picket. Even after sharing with her these frustrations, she continues to NOT respond.

She has been rude to me and spoke to me in a very rude tone, raising her voice for no reason at 2 of my visits with her........ I did nothing to provoke her bad mood.
i have left numerous messages to try to get my maintenance meds refilled,... I have had to get loaner pills from the pharmacy because she takes her time in responding to the pharmacy's faxes....the pharmacy has faxed request to her for my meds up to 3 times before she acts on the refills....
Also she refused to write a dr's note.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
