Dr. Kim is an excellent physician. He is comforting and has always been able to determine the cause of my illness and get me on the road to feeling better from that very first visit. His equipment is so advanced he has been able to locate the source causing my illnesses, where other doctor offices have often misdiagnosed me since they did not have this kind of equipment. Unfortuneately though, I had a very unpleasant encounter the last time there, it was a week before my wedding, I was extremely sick and very anxious, and the girl at the front desk was very rude to me, and then as I was in the examining room, I could hear her talking about me to the other nurse. When you're sick, and stressed (1 week before my wedding) bedside manner of the entire staff is almost as impactful to the experience as the treatment itself. She was very unprofessional, and should not be in a profession where compassion goes along with healing. Luckily, I've only encountered her that 1 time there, and hopefully won't have to again, because Dr. Kim is one of the best I've been to.

I cant say enough about Dr Kim . he treated me for vertigo back in May and I have not had an incident since..this has been a 12 year battle. He really offers genuine patient care. Asked probing health questions that led to the success of being free from vertigo, he is a doctor that truly cares.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
