Waited for OVER an hour then waited some more in the back. He was nice but not sure he will deliver what I need, he had his own ideas of what he wanted for me but had no consideration about me and MY needs. Then gave me a price 3,000 higher than he gave me 3 years ago for the same procedure.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did you experience excessive complications after your surgery?
Not at all! I recovered very quickly

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
