Dr. Frey is an extremely good listener and thoroughly went over my extensive medical history with me before the exam. My wife and I asked many questions because of the complexity of my conidtion and he answered every single question with patience. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable his is as he presented all the options available to me. Most of all, his examination was thorough but not at all uncomfortable. He had already conferred with my referring physician before my visit and reviewed a hospital based exam that I had only the day before. All in all, although I have a serious urological condtion,I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future since I saw him. I will absolutely return. I was able to get an appointement within two days because the redeptionist told me there had been a cancellation. Waiting time was about 10 min. I would recommend Dr. Frey wholeheartedly.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name and I'm able to pick up right where I left off at every appointment. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. It was great that I didn't have to reschedule the rest of the day for my appointment.
