I have been a patient of Dr. Tassini' for some years now. He gives you a great exam and refraction, is a wonderful listener, and I have never left his office with unanswered questions. I trust him with my eye health and would not consider going anywhere else. As a bonus......Peter, his optician is the best!!! Never had a better fitting. He is experienced and patient....and all under one roof!!!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
