Excellent care
A very capable doctor who makes even a difficult procedure seem easy. Friendly staff. Wait time has been minimal - well scheduled, and you move through the steps of an appointment quickly. Very satisfied.

I have trusted my retina health to Dr. Ronal Sachs and his outstanding staff for more than 10 years. He answers my questions, is helpful, and the staff takes excellent care of the patients. He comes very highly recommended by both my own eye doctor and the other patients I've spoken with over the years. I recommend him highly myself.

I have never thought such an apathetic person could actually get a medical degree! Dr. Sachs barely made eye contact with me. He did not let me finish asking a question before he cut me off and dismissed me. He actually said, "Oh well, I guess these eye drops are doing nothing - you might as well stop taking them," He did not offer any plan or any other help - no mention of surgery as an option - just come back in six months and get out! At the encouragement of my ophthalmologist, who told me my problem was impairing my vision, I went for a second opinion. This new specialist I am now seeing explained that I am at risk of losing the vision in my left eye. He put me back on eye drops and we will be discussing surgery in the fall. Thank God I found a doctor who is more interested in his patients than just shoving people through the office and collecting the thousands from the insurance companies. Shameful!!!!

Staff is pleasant and efficient.Very easy to work with.
Dr Sachs explains everything and takes time to answer all my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ronald Sachs for several years. I am very happy with the quality of his care and his staff in Cedar Knolls is excellent. They are all very helpful and make the visit stress free. Dr. Sachs is thorough and answers all of my questions. I fully recommend him as a retina specialist.
