I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
