His attitude is horrible. Also another doctor checked what Dr. Chang operated on me, and said it was not great. He is the worst doctor I've ever seen.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Very nice office and staff. The doctor ALWAYS sees you on time, you are never made to wait anymore than 5-10minutes. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
