Their primary concern is what's best for me. I've known them for 10 years. She is concerned about my health goals (avoiding pregnancy, etc). And they gave me the advice that would benefit me the most.
They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but she never mentioned female contraceptives such as new foam and strips.
Their staff was somewhat friendly.
