I got an appointment quickly, but sometimes have to wait for a long time in the waiting room. They usually take the time to listen to me. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I appreciate. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. However, I am not good at keeping regular appts., so that is mostly my fault.
