I did not know that Dr. Boyle left one practice and opened a new practice, I found that out when I called the office. I now have a Dr. the greets me by name and smiles when he enters the room. Dr. Boyle has never called me regarding tests or procedures the 15 years that was going to her. I always had to call about any tests that were performed and I did not always receive an answer. I was once left unattended for over a half hour and had to call out several times, since I was weak and dizzy.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I waited 3 hours after my scheduled appointment to see Dr. Boyle.

She did knock before entering the room, but came in with a cloud of 4 students/nurses, whom all observed while she asked me personal background information and conducted the examination. I didn't know they were going to be there, no one asked my permission, and I felt too embarrassed to ask them to leave.

I know this is somewhat subjective, but her tone came off as judgmental and condescending.

They took blood work in her office because she would not prescribe me birth control until she ensured that I was not prone to blood clots. They took so much blood that I passed out, and yet she still insisted that they did not have enough to ensure I was not prone to blood clots. She did tell me however, know that did not process vitamin b well and there was a good amount of posters for acupuncture and alternative medicine.

She refused to give me more than a three months supply of birth control because I did not go back to give more blood.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
