This doctor did not explain what he was doing to my son. He was very short with him. He had no bedside manner. My son said it felt like he was bothering the doctor being there. My son was ready to walk out of the procedure because the way this doctor treated him. He is not knowledgeable. We were unaware that he was doing the procedure until we got to the hospital because we would have chosen another doctor because every health care professional that I spoke with say he is an awful doctor. His reputation is well known and it is not a positive one!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They the receptionist - was not very understanding or caring, and didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like she was annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. And the receptionist Diane is soooo rude - oh and thinks she is the doctor! Unbelievable. However the doctor did phone me back and was to the point - is all I can say!
