Dr. Boyd is such a wonderful and caring physician. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. I have known him for over 5 years working on his Wellness Fairs and eventually became is patient and my 23 year old son as well.
Highly recommend this physician.

I have been a patient of his for many of years. I have asthma, I have had this since I was 12. For many of years I do not need medication, but 2 years ago I had a problem and I need medication all the time now. Dr Boyd wanted me to come in every six months for a reevaluation which was fine with me, but due to Covid I did not or was not informed by his office to come in. But he took it upon himself to deny my medication I need to breathe. He denied my refill which I need to continue to live. For anyone with breathing problems we all know we need our nebulizer and emergency inhalers to survive. He took a oath never to do harm. I think he should remember that. I have recommended him to many people, but never again

I took my 14 year old son for a physical exam in order to play basketball for his school. I waited 4 hours. The doctor gave him a letter saying he was in great shape and health. A week later the school provided a physical form that needed to be filled out by the doctor. I called the office and asked the front desk assistant MARIA if I can drop it off and she said no because according to the rules I have to pay a copay and stay and watch the doctor fill out the form. UNHEARD of. Who makes these rules??? I was RIPPED OFF by this doctors office. I paid $60 for the letter $40 copay. I refuse to pay $40 copay again just to drop off a form and watch the doctor fill this out!!... I WAS RIPPED OFF... PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. Please read all the reviews and see for yourself everyone else experiences. NOT FAIR. I will take this further. This needs to be reported.. This office cannot rip people off like this. All I want is for the front desk to do their job and fill it out. simple as that.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
