He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
