Actually I'm rating this office as poor, from the person who receives the call and set s up an appointment. Very inefficient and unprofessional staff, over all has zero customer service.
this is the scenario Dr. Nasri, I haven't got the chance to meet you because of your inefficient staff. I had a referral from Calderon Medical Grp dated 05/14/13. I called you office and set up an appointment for June 21st, which is today at 1330. I did gave an instruction to your staff to give a call for possible cancellation prior to June 21st, your staff replied in a sarcastic way, " we don't have cancellation here, so do you want to confirm this or not?". Of course I will confirm it I said. Then I called your office today @1130 & found out that I don't have appointment?is this a joke...??I wasted my sick time just for this appointment... for nothing! Educate your staff please!!!It will ruin your career...By the way I called the office of Calderon Medical, they have a confirmation that they fax all of my info in your office. Then your staff is telling me that I don't have any records in your file???DId somebody in your office sabotage my file???very scary I hope I'm covered by HIPPA law. By the way I requested my PCP not to give any referral to your office because of your staff.
Over all rating of Dr. Nasri's staff is 0 zero.
