I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
