Worst doctor ever! she is rude uncaring and cold. She will make you do tests that have nothing to do with why you are there, wanted me to do a bone density scan, i was there for terrible stomach cramping! made no sense! She spent under 5 minutes with me after a 2 hour wait, rushed in rushed out very sarcastic attitude.

Received a letter from diagnostic centre in January that I needed a follow up appointment regarding an irregular mammogram. Original results were forwarded in November to the office. My file sat in limbo because Dr. Prince had moved. I emailed her and she gave me the phone number to her new office. I called twice as this was an urgent matter as I needed a referral to have this follow up appointment. No one ever returned my call. I never waited for less than an hour to see her. Usually I waited for 2 hours. She rushed the appointment. Seemed like she hadn't reviewed my file and just wanted to prescribe pills. Especially outrageous doses of Vitamin D.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They have never been on time. Most of the time I am waiting for at least 90 minutes. She constantly orders what I consider unnecessary labwork every three months and has me come back for a follow up appointment to discuss the lab results. I don't feel I need the labwork and any results could easily be discussed over the phone without me having to come in to wait 90 minutes to talk about the results.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
