Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
