I had Ingun. and umbilical hernia repair on March 03 -2017 performed by doctor Timothy B. Cole.
D. Cole was my choice based on his excellent reviews and recommendation of his friend and my physician Dr. Sarver Wallace. That was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. Work done by Dr Cole was terrible. Recovery period was 6 weeks and still was not able to get back to normal activities. As a reminder on that time I have long scar across my body. Still, 1 year after surgery I cannot perform medium physical activities without feeling pain in place of surgery.
Please think twice before you choose your surgeon as it can be costly mistake. Do not fell (as I did) on nice and smooth selling pitch. I would never choose Dr. Timothy Cole again, even if he was only one in the state.

Lobby wait time is unacceptable. Staff can be a bit curt and unfriendly. Billing issues unresolved. They billed my insurance for $351 for a short office visit with no labs or test. Just shook my hand and reached into my wallet while I wasn't looking

I was impressed. They definitely care about patient comfort because this doctor has the best waiting room I've seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment, but did not need to because the wait was short. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
