Dr Chughtai takes the time to listen to you before he makes a decision. He then tells you how he is treating and why. I haven't always agreed with his diagnosis but he has always been 100% correct. (That's why I am not the doctor). He cares! So many times when a patient reaches a certain age everything is attributed to their aging and they are expected to live with it. NOT with Dr Chughtai; he works diligently and thoroughly towards the cure. I am certain my father lived 10 years longer because we took him to Dr Chughtai. The other thing that I especially like about Dr Chughtai is that he is very quick with follow-up. You never have to wait too long to get the results of tests; usually same or next day call back from him. He really is in this profession to help others!

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Dr Chughtai became our health care provider when we realized our former physician just didn't seem to be paying attention to my husband's needs. Too many times some physicians fall into the belief that after you reach a certain age you just have to accept that "things happen" and you need to move on. Dr. Chughtai, on the other hand, knows that age has a lot to do with "things happening" but he helps you to understand and manage these "things" through listening, care and educating us. When I say care, I mean that he checks you very thoroughly, not just a blood pressure, tempurature and weight check; a check of blood, prescribing the necessary medicine and calling you immediately if something just doesn't seem right to him. There is no waiting for the next appointment; he tends to your needs as soon as he is aware of them. I first met Dr. Chughtai when he cared for my daughter in the hospital. I beleive he was the on-call doctor that day. I was so impressed with the intensity of his examing her that I decided I wanted him to care for my father, who just didn't seem to be getting any better with his current physician. I am certain that due to the care Dr. Chughtai gave my father we were allowed to have our Dad around for many years longer. Dr. Chughtai has proven to be a very respectable, concientous and caring physician and we consider ourselves to be blessed in having him as our primary care physician. He is a doctor that displays, through his actions, the true meaning of the "Hypocratic Oath".
We feel very blessed that he demonstrates this to the people in his care...no matter what age they are.
