They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr, Buhlke is very good in my opinion, But some of the staff mainly up front a gal that works next to or in the office is rude not only on the phone but in person I'v seen her in public and she's the same. So it may not be just me. I like Dr Buhlke and prefer him!!! I'd say he is as good as Dr, Zigmond. I also saw a new lady Dr there and she is very good, nice, polite has the personality who seem to really care I think her name Is Dr Griepenstrom, Very nice big name but very nice. Dr. Buhlke made sure every single question I had was answered. Most of the staff was very friendly. Dr. Buhlke's nurse, Carol is awesome. She is very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Buhlke made sure he had answered all of my questions & never made me feel like I was wasting his time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
