He advertises as an orthopedic surgeon but when you get there you are told that he does not do surgery but uses "alternative" methods. Is this because he is not on staff at a hospital? I agree the positive review done must have been done by one of his staff.

I went there because I wanted to get in quickly. Now I understand why they were so quick with an opening. I don't know who the lady is who gave this place the positive review but she's got to be one of the people in his office. The equipment I saw was a least 35years old. The staff gave me excuses while I waited forever and then I got to listen to the doc have a screaming match with someone in his office while I waited in the exam room. Total time to have him examine my wrist and tell me to just deal with it, 7 hours!!! Never going back

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. As a state-of-the-art facility, they offer some of the most advanced and sophisticated equipment I have ever seen. You are most certainly in good hands here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. He's a good doctor who is compassionate and knowledgeable, who I have known and worked with for over a decade. He has treated me and my entire family, and I highly recommend him. I did not write what was written above.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.

This guy is awful! I spent 6 hours in his office and he didn't even arrive at the office until almost 2 hours after my scheduled time. Then he spent 30 minutes talking about his ex-girlfriend and what a mess she was! HORRIBLE!!!
