Dr Siler is the best you could ever hope for. He has helped me in ways I was afraid would never happen.
I was waking up coughing for 45 min to over an hour, and he put me on
Symbicort, and my coughing stopped in a very short period of time.
Now I am active in his research studies, and I couldn't ask for better people to guide me through the studies which may find new and better treatments for COPD.
I trust them with my life, and highly recommend them.

Was on time for my appointment - during a work day. I waited about an hour in the waiting room before being called back. Then waited there over 30 minutes. During that time I heard the Dr. talking to the staff for about 10 minutes about a patient that needed rescheduling, he then went to the room next to mine and visited with a patient for approx. 5 -7 minutes, then had another conversation with his staff about politics that lasted 10 minutes... all this time knowing he was backed up on his patients.... I was about ready to walk out when the Dr. walked in telling me how busy his day was... I told him that I had heard how busy he was. My time is as valuable as his, and no I will not go back.

They paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly. I was satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. I'll will be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

I waited OVER an hour in the waiting room before going to the actual room. I waited over a half hour there, before walking out.

This happened twice. The first time wasn't quite as long, but pretty close. I actually got to to Dr. Siler and let him know how upset I was about it. He could care less. In fact he seemed put off by the fact that I even brought it up.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
