The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. My blood work was off and I was told by Dr. Voss that she was going to have to google it because she didn't have time the night before to do it. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. There have been times when they would call me after 6pm at night. I've had them never return my phone calls when certain blood levels were considered "dangerously" low. I have also been called when levels were high, but upon getting a hard copy, they told me the wrong thing. I've had to request for certain blood draws to be made, even if they were routine. I had to remind them of my 6 month follow up MRI's. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. There have also been times when I wasn't told something was wrong with me until months later when I should have seen a specialist. My husband was misdiagnosed with "tennis elbow" when the orthopaedic confirmed it was a torn muscle. One thing that's been so annoying about Diane Voss, MD, is that they are ALWAYS hours late. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. If you want to go there, be ready to start planning your obituary. On top of that, her "nurse" broke confidentiality/HIPPA, giving my parent, who was coming in as a patient, information about me and my case.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
