Well the staff is poor and they give a major run around to get the PA authorized. We spent the 2nd day getting the run around from the office personnel on WHO does the PA's. The one that handled it is gone for the day the next one said they look into it, the third call this employee said that so and Employee X must of done that and she isn't the one that does those. Today they say 3 days. now. and still NOT ONCE have they EVER called back as they say.
There offices are shady, Forms are in the open on all the front desks, they are NOT organized, and really I can get a picture of it very easy.

No I have to say I am Extremely dissatisfied with this doctors operation. I'm sure I will now get a letter saying they no longer wish to see me blah blah, when they make the problems and you have to deal with it. I asked the doctor before she left the room if this is covered, she said it will need a PA and that "When I take to Pharmacy they will have to get a PA. Well my former doctor ALWAYS had it in less the 48 hours. I am know calling the insurance company to see if this has been handled yet.

General Comment
The Doctor may mean well but this is NOT in the best interest to a patient. Her one day at satellite offices are not enough. Despite that I am paying the Max Co-Pay as well for lack of respect to a patient.

I feel that I am being treated one way then treated negative from staff. This leaves allot to be seen if this doctor is really in my best interest and Others! I am but one how many more are there that don't stand up for whats wrong. I and my Wife has tried to be nice but neither of us can get a honest straight answer from the staff..

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
