The office is so nasty dirty and the staff is very rude. It's run like a 3rd world health clinic.

Everyone cared about me here and made me feel important. I actually felt like I was getting better and am definitely glad I left the VA for this Clinic.

The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect me. They were rude to me as well as other patients waiting for the doctor. Dr. Gupta is very arrogant, condescending, rude, and uncaring. He did not want to help me. I had to pay $350.00 out of pocket on my first visit, even with insurance. He would not even call in refills without me seeing him! I have had many doctors in my life, and i have never experienced a physician or physician's staff be so hateful, unprofessional, and careless. They herd patients in and out. They don't care if you return or not. They just want money. The doctor's wife is the so called "office manager". She is very rude and unprofessional as well. They would not even give me a copy of my own medical records. The waiting room had between 10-20 patients when I was there. I waited over an hour to see the doctor for 10 minutes after paying over $350.00 cash. I saw him a second time to obtain my prescriptions. He gave me no refills and his wife told me I would have to come back in for refills. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The restrooms here are clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I wasn't impressed with them at all. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
