We traveled from Arkansas to Mississippi for my 1st round of IVF, due to a very bad experience with my home state clinic. The first appointment consultation meeting Dr. Gebhart and nursing staff I told my husband, "This is it". They were all so welcoming and informative, it made us feel comfortable. The entire staff was amazing, and Dr. Hines always made us feel confident in the process. Traveling from Arkansas (4 Hrs) they accommodated setting my appts early and they were always on time! The clinic is run to perfection, I had no complaints! The entire staff was always friendly. My husband and I are now 11 weeks with our first child, after two ectopic pregnancies. I can't express how grateful we are to have experienced such great healthcare! It was worth the travel!

Ive been seeing Dr. Hines for nearly 3 years trying to achieve pregnancy. I absolutely love him and his entire staff; especially Marty. I believe that Dr. Hines is very conscientious about the treatment plans he suggests. He will not lead you down a rabbit hole and is honest in making suggestions for lifestyle changes I needed to make. If he feels one plan will be your best option he will say so and discourage continued pursuit of treatments that have not proven successful over time.
Dr. Hinds and his staff have guinuine compassion for their patients and I know that they are hopeful that I will achieve pregnancy. They are so very supportive.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
