I have been going to this Dr Brock Jr many years-my mother used Dr Brock Sr for years also. I have always felt like I've recvd the best care possible. As far as the treatment of the office staff I didnt see anything alarming but I dont think I would I'm just a patient in and out. I dont really understand the question about the equipment he uses because-I am a patient how would I know about that??? What kind of question is "did I notice a smell" no I didnt..something must be going on for all these off the wall questions...Dr Brock Jr has always been as nice & professional as one would want..He is straight and to the point and he can smile and laugh, I like that in a Dr...and I would recommend him and I do.

I felt the staff was rude, mainly Dr. Brock. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Plus they misdiagnosed my condition as a ruptured pore and it is actually Squamous cell carcinoma, also he burned some cancer cells off my mother and she ended up with staff and almost died. When we called them about how bad it looked(3 times) they told us it was normal and to just wash it with soap and water.....they were very unconcerned. Because of his misdiagnosis of my cancer I now will have a scar for life and a deep hole in my nose. I trusted his diagnosis and have waited about 6 months to see a plastic surgeon about the place on my nose, it has grown and gotten much worse. I would have never waited this long if he had done his job. I would never use him again and will advise anyone considering using him that he is not a very informed or caring Doctor.
