One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
