Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

This smug person gave flippant answers to my questions and little explanation. She talked down to me and made me feel stupid if I had a question. She DID NOT help me. She DID initiate a costly series of tests that included CAT, MRI and even Angiogram! Each time the result was negative, but showed a new possibility that only yet another test would confirm. I was treated as a cash cow!!!
