OVERCHARGED! I was overcharged by nearly 3X the amount. I read reviews about how they have overcharged people in the past but wanted to go on my own accord and I was overcharged. Called and inquired about the bill and they said it was correct when I pressed futher stating I had my insursance bill right in front of me and personally spoke with Insurance company and they said I shouldn't pay that. Only then did she say "Oh it was entered incorrectly, you are right", and made excuses saying if I did pay the inflated amount I would have been reimbursed. I explained how dissapointed I was and I wouldn't be back and she rudely got off the phone. I do not recommend this place!

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
