Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr Wilson & Martino is a rip off. I was never told they are not a network provider with the dental insurance I have, but they were happy to tell me they accept Met Life. Shame on you for being so deceitful & ripping people off!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Please do not go to Wilson Martino. I went only to have a filling smoothed. They were & still are listed as a provider on my insurance website. However, I do have double insurance. When I got there, they took a full mouth exray. An hour & half later, the dentist came in & started to discuss a tooth that I wasn't even having problems with. He said that he needed to pull the tooth & if not, it can erupt & cause many problems. He then sent me to the financial office & she told me that they are not a provider & they've had many patients that came to their office, thinking they were a provider. I still thought the dentist was going to smooth the tooth that was bothering me. She told me my charges for the day was $170. Having 2 insurances, I've never had to pay out of pocket! I asked why so much because the dentist didn't even address the problem that I went there for. The dentist came into the financial office & said that I had many problems but since I was there for an emergency appointment, he was addressing the emergency only. I went back to my regular dentist & a very reputable oral surgeon & was told that it wouldn't hurt to have my wisdom tooth pulled but it was in no danger of erupting. then their office billed the insurance company wrong & was trying to charge me $10 a month for "finance charge" on a bal that was only $70 (because they didn't bill the 2nd insurance correctly). I felt that they should have told me as soon as they made a copy of my insurance card that they were not a participating provider & have had many complaints about this. Please do not waste your time & go here. I debated for a few months about putting a negative review on here but I don't want anyone else to go thru what I did.
